This mean green avocado yogurt dip is herbaceous and full of flavor. With just nine ingredients, this dip is simple to bring together and enjoy more ways than one.
Yogurt has become a very prominent ingredient in my day to day meals. So much that it is the base of this recipe. This mean green avocado yogurt dip is full of flavors and a great addition to snacks, sandwiches, salads, etc.
I have eaten this in many ways to where I at least make this once a month.
I make this when I have random amounts of herbs and green onions. I make this to substitute dressing for my morning salads. I even top toast or rice cakes to riff off of avocado toast.
With just nine ingredients, you simply toss everything into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
I also tested this recipe with dairy free yogurt and have found success!
I personally would recommend a thicker vegan yogurt. Coyo and Oatly plain were good ones to use. I didn’t find much success with any almond or cashew yogurts because they were too weirdly tangy or think for this recipe.
If anyone makes this dairy free with a vegan yogurt you recommend let me know! I would love alternate some dairy out.
I also hope ya’ll enjoy this recipe along with the sesame crackers that was posted with this recipe! If you make these two or any recipes I have made be sure to tag me with @vegiventurer or use the hashtag #vegiventurer or #vegiventurerrecipes on instagram! I love seeing anyone making and enjoying these. Until then I will see you Wednesday!
