Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt or Vegan Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Parsley roughly chopped
  • 1 Green Onion ends trimmed
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp Water

Method
 

  1. Take all of your ingredients and add them to a blender. Blend until the herbs are pulverized and the texture is smooth. If the blender is having a hard time you can add additional water to make it smoother.
