This Peach cobbler smoothie is a great way to enjoy this summer! With just 9 ingredients, you will have summer vibes in a cup in no time.
Summer is about over and so is this plentiful time of produce. And with peaches and stone fruits flooding the markets right now we decided to make this creamy and slightly tart peach cobbler smoothie!
Whether you enjoy this for breakfast, a snack, maybe even a dessert dare we say it? We can assure you it will hit THAT spot we all know about that some fruit smoothies don’t sometimes.
We used coconut yogurt to cut the sweetness and bring a little thick and creamy note that you don’t get with some smoothies.
And y’all….. If you aren’t drinking oat milk. Both of us vouch so hard for oat milk. Specifically the oatly brand. Not sponsored by the way but its so creamy, slightly sweet (even though it’s unsweetened), doesn’t give your drinks a lot of oaty flavor.
With just 9 ingredients, this recipe is comes together quickly. Just place them all in a blender and mix. You can also adjust the thickness of your smoothie by adding more or less oatmilk.
The smoothie has flavorful and satisfying ingredients such as:
- Peaches
- Bananas
- Coconut yogurt (we used coyo)
- Coconut water
- Oatmilk (we used Oatly)
- Almond Butter
- Pitted Dates
- Chia Seeds
- Cinnamon
This smoothie is creamy, satisfying, and an easy way to cool you down this remainder of the summer. Enjoy it on its own or chase it with some savory toast. Do whatever you want!
We hoped you are enjoying your summer produce. And we hope you enjoy this ending summer smoothie. If you make this be sure to leave a comment or tag us on Instagram with @vegiventurer or by using the hashtag #vegiventurer.
