  • 1 full cup frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt optional
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, add all your ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. This is also the time to adjust how thick or thin you like the smoothie.
