A healthy serving of Whole30 grilled peaches, topped with a paleo and whole30 compliant nut crumble and creamy coconut whip will curb those Whole30 blues.
A healthy portion of Whole30 grilled peaches, garnished with a compliant nut crumble and creamy coconut whip will curb those Whole30 blues.
So you’re hitting a wall in your Whole30 journey because it’s the dreaded day 10… Dun Duh DUUUUUUUHHHHHHH! Day 10 is notoriously known to end many peoples Whole30 journeys. Mainly because the newness and your determination are slowing winding down from it all. And you are just over it by that point. Not to worry though, you can enjoy yummy things while being Whole30 compliant.
For some readers who don’t know what Whole30 is, its 30 days free of processed foods, dairy, grains, legumes, and sugars. It’s one of the most intense body cleanses that we have been on. But the end results are so rewarding. There are also rules that you have to follow.
One of the rules you follow during Whole30 is:
“not to make anything that is considered “junk food” Whole30 compliant.”
So this recipe is technically cheating. However, it is a better option that we think will help you get through your Whole30 blues. And this can always be a summer time staple if you go down the path of paleo eating once your Whole30 challenge is done!
Peaches themselves have their own natural sweetness. As well as a ton of other essential things that a snickers wouldn’t have. So why add extra sugar to the mix when you can easily curb that sweet tooth by adding a few healthy fats and some crunch instead!
Just a friendly note if you’re having a hard time during Whole30. You are a beautiful and capable being that can and will achieve all of your mindsets. YOU GOT THIS! WE LOVE YOU!
