Prep Time 18 minutes mins
Cook Time 2 minutes mins
Total Time 20 minutes mins
- 6-8 cups Water
- 6 Chamomile Tea Bags
- 7 Lemons juiced
- 3/4 cup Grade A Maple Syrup
Add water to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Take off the heat and add your chamomile tea bags and let steep for 2 minutes. Discard tea bag.
Roll your lemons before cutting in half to break some of the cells inside. Cut in half and use a juicer to extract as much lemon juice as possible into a 2-quart mason jar or in a pitcher.
Add your chamomile tea to the lemon juice. Add the maple syrup 1/4 cup at a time until you have attained your desired sweetness. Wait until your lemonade mixture has come down to room temperature before adding ice and serving or placing in the fridge to further chill.
