- 6-8 chicken thighs skin removed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks celery roughly chopped
- 1 large carrot peeled/roughly chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion roughly chopped
- 8-10 cups water
- 4 tbsp Ms. dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
1. In a stockpot, add all your ingredients and give it a quick stir. Make sure your water covers over your other ingredients.2. Cover stockpot with a lid and place on a burner. Boil on a medium high heat for 45 minutes3. Remove chicken thighs from stock4. Transfer liquid and veggies into a blender. Blend until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. 5. Strain into a large mason jar and enjoy!
