Main ingredients:
- 1 lbs Brussels Sprout halved
- 1 lbs Butternut Squash peeled/cubed
- 6 slices Whole30 Approved Bacon chopped
- 1 cup Pecans whole
Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook bacon through and discard any bacon grease. Pat dry,
To a bowl add brussel sprouts, squash, bacon and part of marinade. (reserve two tablespoons of marinade for pecans) Mix until well combined.
Add to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes in oven or until veggies are soft and golden brown.
During the last 8 minutes of cooking, add marinated pecans to sheet pan to toast with the rest of the ingredients.
