Ingredients
  

Main ingredients:

  • 1 lbs Brussels Sprout halved
  • 1 lbs Butternut Squash peeled/cubed
  • 6 slices Whole30 Approved Bacon chopped
  • 1 cup Pecans whole

Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cook bacon through and discard any bacon grease. Pat dry,
  • To a bowl add brussel sprouts, squash, bacon and part of marinade. (reserve two tablespoons of marinade for pecans) Mix until well combined.
  • Add to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes in oven or until veggies are soft and golden brown.
  • During the last 8 minutes of cooking, add marinated pecans to sheet pan to toast with the rest of the ingredients.
