Yogurt Marinated Chicken
Yogurt Marinated Chicken has got to be one of the main recipes in my meal plan rotation. This marinade keeps whatever lean protein juicy and full of flavor. With just six basic ingredients, this recipe comes together quick and makes a more enjoyable meal.

- 2 lbs Chicken Breast boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1 cup 2% greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Oregano dried
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper ground
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
Combine all marinade ingredients together in a plastic bag or container.
Add your chicken and mix until the chicken is well coated in the marinade.
Place your marinating chicken in the fridge and let marinate anywhere between 4-8 hours. The longer you go the more flavor you pack into your chicken.
Once your chicken has marinated, add two tablespoons of water to thin out marinade and cook in a non-stick skillet until cooked all the way through.
Serve in wraps, on top of salads, anything! The world is your oyster.
